Technical Sales Team Day is designed to strengthen our product knowledge, align our technical messaging, and support our sales teams with clear, reliable, and practical arguments for the field.

During this session, we will begin with an introduction to normative requirements, helping the team better understand the standards, safety expectations, and compliance framework that guide our product development and customer recommendations.

We will then move into a lubricant presentation, covering its role, technical benefits, correct usage, and importance in maintaining product performance and reliability over time.

A key part of the day will be a complete overview of our regulator range, including both 1st stages and 2nd stages. This session will highlight product positioning, technical features, key differences, applications, and sales arguments to better support customer needs. It will also include an overview of disassembly and re-assembly procedures for both 1st and 2nd stages, with a strong focus on the importance of correct calibration using the appropriate tools, such as the IP gauge for intermediate pressure control and the Magnehelic gauge for precise breathing effort adjustment. This will help reinforce the link between proper servicing, performance, safety, and customer confidence.

We will also focus on hoses and explain why it is essential to use only original hoses. This topic will cover safety, compatibility, performance, warranty protection, and the risks linked to non-original components.

The agenda will continue with a dedicated session on BCD and inflator systems, reviewing their function, technical characteristics, correct usage, and the importance of reliable integration within the complete diving equipment setup.

Finally, we will present our pressure gauge and Digi Line, with a practical overview of the range, main features, user benefits, and how to position these products effectively with customers.
